Sunrise Shuttle

Great service. They were on time to pick us up and the ride to the airport was pleasant and smooth. The pick up from the airport was exceptional. We deplaned got our bags and like magic our driver was there ready to take us home.
Highly recommend, the drivers are very very polite and courteous.

We fly out of SMF often and in past years just drove to the SMF garage because we could not find a safe and reliable car service. Fast forward to a friend recommending Sunrise shuttle a few months ago. We booked them for our April trip, and frankly, crossed our fingers. We had the most wonderful experience..they picked up our daughter’s family, helped load the group with car seats and made it to our home for a quick, on time and easy pick up. The van was clean, the driver was punctual, and the ride down the freeway was safe. Our return trip was also quite easy. SMF was experiencing a huge baggage handling issue causing a much delayed exit and the driver waited patiently …way past the normal airport wait. Best shuttle service ever. Pick up was on time got us to SFO safely and with no issues. The return trip from SFO to Sacramento was also flawless. Communications were also amazing. They were responsive and easy to work with even with changes that I needed to have done on the fly.

This is the second time that I’ve used Sunrise Shuttle for round trips to and from the airport.
They are very helpful and easy to book. Always on time and they keep you informed throughout your trip! Highly recommend !

My first ride with Sunrise Shuttle was from SFO to my home in a distant suburb of Sacramento. The ride was clean and comfortable, the driver clearly communicated where and how to meet her, and the price was reasonable. She showed up early at the airport and waited patiently. Super easy to coordinate with. Always responsive via email or text. I'm not from the US and I needed a ride from San Francisco to Sacramento. They are so organized -- asked how many bags / luggage I had so that they could recommend the right car. They were prompt and on time! My ride came 15 mins ahead of scheduled meet up. Driver was so nice and let me stop for bathroom and coffee break. All in all a GREAT experience.
