I visited the Summit Ridge apartments this past week while house hunting with a friend. During that time I toured many properties and met many leasing agents and property managers. Your staff at Summit Ridge went above and beyond and I just wanted to recognize them for that. Upon arriving at the leasing office we were welcomed by Andie G. and Aleighya L. These two young ladies are shining stars of customer service! They answered every question promptly and with a genuine smile. I truly felt welcomed, and that they were glad that we popped in to inquire on a rental! Which was a breath of fresh air as many other places we saw acted as if our unannounced visit of inquiry were nothing but a nuisance! Andie and Aleighya were very informative and helpful.
