Bought a house that was done by Suffolk county house buyers and Jeremiah is a sleeze. We were already in contract when we found out he lied about how much the taxes were. Then after we moved in we found he lied about the schools, and lied that we didn’t have a cesspool when in fact we do. The minute we brought it up to him he disappeared and doesn’t want to make anything right. Whoever his electrician is also cut lots of corners and a month living here we had a power surge through the house, left with no heat for four days and brand new broken appliances that we had to replace. He also caused lots of problems with our neighbor over the property line. The man is disgusting watch out.
