10 stars! Wow, Brad Bassi was absolutely awesome and extremely knowledgable, professional and sweet. I called to get an appraiser for a HELOC I am doing because I misunderstood that my lender would do the appraisal. Had I not called Brad and had he not giving me the information he did, I probably would’ve ended up spending hundreds of pointless dollars.
