Stepping Stones Academy in Waipahu is an amazing daycare and school with generous and flexible hours and amazing staff and management. Specifically, Ms. Kelly and Ms. Marilyn went above and beyond for our daughter. I encourage anyone in the area to consider STA for your childcare needs!

I have been with the Stepping Stones Academy `Ohana for nearly a decade. Both of my daughters started since they were around 10 weeks old until they were ready for Kindergarten. We have become so close to the faculty and staff. They have been tremendously accommodating to our girls throughout the years. The teachers are attentive and responsive. When they were infants, both girls were very resistant to taking the bottle and the Stepping Stones staff would try so hard, sometimes 6 times a day, in every room and position they could think of, to try to get my girls to drink my hard-earned pumped milk. We love the fun activities around the holidays like trunk-or-treat, in school family activities like gingerbread house making, and the field trips they offer. We are sad we are leaving the Island and wish we could take them with us. Stepping Stones has such a welcoming and great atmosphere. The love and care they have provided for my daughter and to each and every child everyday is just so amazing to see. She has grown so much academically and socially since attending Stepping Stones and our family is so grateful and thankful!

In the short year she has confidence in her writing, numbers, and imagination. They prepare the children so well for entering kindergarten next year. They even prepare a school bag for them as they graduate. The children have a wonderful graduation ceremony that ends with them feeling truly loved by the school community.
