Stepping Stones Academy

I love Stepping Stones Academy!! The whole staff is incredibly nice and welcoming and have done everything to help my daughter feel comfortable and part of the family! I love that we get updates on what they are learning each day and helpful activity ideas to do at home! They are wonderful!!

The Stepping Stones Academy - Honolulu is great! Ms. Kiran and Ms. Sheryl accommodated our needs perfectly since we
moved to Hawaii in November. My daughter loves going there. Ms. Keesha and Ms. Keri were wonderful! They made sure Amanda adapted well among the other Explores, and sent me very detailed reports daily. Amanda has just moved to pre-school 1 and is very well adapted too. Everybody there is awesome and I can see how Amanda is improving! Thanks for everything!

Aria has been going to Stepping Stones Academy since two months old and is now seven months old. In that short time she has been exposed to many stimulating activities and to lots of love from the staff. Not only do the staff greet you each time you come through, but a handful of the older toddlers greet you with their cheerful smiles as well. I appreciate the efforts made to create a safe environment and the continual line of communication via SchoolVine. I especially appreciate the picture updates to see what Aria’s been up to. She seems to enjoy going to “school” and I hope it’s a signal of her interest in life long education...it’s never to early to start!

My experience with SSA has been wonderful! My son started with them before he turned 1 and stayed until he was 2 and half. We only left because of a job relocation to the mainland but if we stayed we definitely would’ve continued sending him to SSA.

When he first started we were at the Aiea location. That location is very convenient in regards to proximity to the exit and parking was never an issue. If anything trying to turn left out of the parking was difficult sometimes. Once the Waipahu location opened we transferred to there. It was a better commute to the Waipahu location in my situation coming from the Waipio area. Both are gated with a code so its very secure. Waipahu being a new building was very nice & update. Aiea was a little older but still very well kept and clean inside and out. They offer soccer shots & tumblebus so it was nice to give my son an...

I am so happy I chose to put my son Kalā in stepping Stones Academy. My son gets a loving environment while I am in school and work. I feel like they truly care about my son and his growth and development at this crucial stage of his life. I really enjoy the daily updates via email on his sleep / eating / bathroom schedules for that day. They also send pictures on activities the kids participate in so you feel like you know what your children are doing each day when you can’t be with them. Besides the attention and care my son gets I also feel welcome. When I come in the staff and Charlotte the director are so welcoming . They are also very easy to work with in terms of supplies , specific food request and also with payment. Overall I can tell my son benefits from being in stepping stones and I love the staff !

Our son attended Stepping Stones Academy Honolulu for one year and he had a wonderful time there. The teachers are amazing: warm hearted, creative and very lovely concerning how the children are treated. Our son made great advantages during his time at Stepping Stones Academy, he learned English (his native language is German), learned some writing and counting and always loved to spend time there. It really felt like being part of a big Stepping-Stones-Ohana. Thank you so much! We will miss you!!

We love Stepping Stones. They worked with our daughter very well and helped her develop her verbal and motor skills beyond our expectations. I loved coming home and seeing all of the things our daughter had learned at Stepping Stones.

Stepping Stones Academy has helped me in so many ways, I would like to thank Charlotte Maddock for assisting and helping me in every way possible to get my daughter to go to stepping stones academy. Since my daughter Aysia Pasion has been going there for a month now she has improved so much at home and is almost fully potty trained, she also says more sentences and speaks very clearer. I want to thank all the teachers that works with my daughter, I have made the greatest decision for my daughter. Stepping Stones Academy is amazing!! Our son Mika started at SSA in Honolulu over two years ago, when he was just 1 and 1/2. He is now almost 4, and we have watched him blossom and thrive thanks to the teachers and staff at SSA. Mika has always been extremely shy--since day 1 at SSA, his tremendous teachers (Miss Anca and Miss Christie) made him feel loved and comfortable as he adapted to his new environment. Mika is now in the Jr. Pre-K class with Miss Vina (Miss V.) and Miss Hina. He looks forward to seeing them and his SSA friends every morning--and misses them over the weekends. Each day after school, Mika tells us about all the fun activities of the day (reading a book, painting a flower, building a cardboard robot, decorating the classroom for Halloween, practicing writing his name, singing, dancing, running through the obstacle course with My Gym).
