Sean and Jeremy did a great job cleaning my carpet and furniture! They addressed all of my concerns! Everything turned out beautiful!

If I could give zero stars I would. They came to my house and went over my house with what I assumed was cleaning solution, 5 areas. They were done so fast! When they left, my heavy traffic areas looked the same, they even went over an area twice, my floors were soak and wet. I went over all my floors with my cleaner to get the water up having to empty it 3 times. And it was wet dirty water they left to dry. I complained and they agreed and scheduled a day to come. I really didn't want them to come back, that's like sending your food back at a restaurant. When the day came the came up with all kinds of excuses why they couldn't make it. I was not a priority.
