Both guys that cleaned the carpet were very knowledgeable and friendly! I was able to get an appointment very quickly which I appreciated.

Jeremy and Sean were very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous! Called them Friday night after hours and received a call back 10 AM Saturday. They were gracious enough to squeeze me in last stop of the day. Educated me on the process and did a fantastic job! Will be using them for any services I need moving forward. If you value a great service and your own time they are definitely the way to go!

Jeremy and Sean cleaned our couches and two rugs. They were kind, honest and hardworking. I will say it was a bit more expensive than I had expected but had added on the deodorizer and a few extras.

Carpets became clean and all the dirt and spots were removed. However the carpets are very wet. I had socks when I inspected the job and thought they were good, however when I removed my socks and when back upstairs and basement, noticed how wet they are. My recommendation is that more water is removed. When I asked one of the technicians, I was told that it will take around 24 hours to dry, but I believe it’s going to take more. I put a small fan on the hallway and turned on the fans in the bedroom. Hopefully that will help. I am happy with the job performed on the cleaning of carpets, dryer and duct system. Less water on the carpets would be awesome. Technicians were polite and professional and answered all my questions. Thank you and Happy holidays!

This is the first time I have used Steam Bright. We had some pet stains that we wanted the enzyme removed and a deeper cleaning of the area. We also had them clean our master bath tile floor which we have never had done. The grout cleaned up nicely and they did an overall great job. They were courteous and answered all my questions. We are very pleased!

I had used another company for 10 years. When I called them this year their prices had gone up substantially. I called SteamBrite
when I read their reviews. Jerome and Shawn did a great job! I will use SteamBrite in the future. Great price and my carpets have never looked better!
