They arrived on time and were very polite. The work was done quickly and professionally. There were some really bad traffic areas that required extra elbow grease and they came out beautifully. My only complaint was whoever did the front room did not flip the chair and clean underneath like they told me would be done. For the price I paid I expected no stone (or chair) unturned. I would use them again however but would check the work thoroughly before they leave.
