I hired Steam Brite for what was supposed to be a simple air duct and carpet cleaning. Instead, I got one of the worst home service experiences I've ever had — and now I have repairs to make because of them.

The technician ripped out the vents without care — causing cracks, peeling drywall, and damage to both the ceiling and the walls in multiple rooms. I’ve attached photos to show what this guy left behind.

He installed the return vent upside down, which blocked airflow to the entire house. I had to force it out myself just to fix it, and it bent so badly I had to go out and spend $23 of my own money to replace it. He didn’t even clean up after himself — drywall fell all over my sister’s bed, and he just left it.

Every vent was put back crooked, misaligned, or closed, which prevented our AC from cooling the house for hours. And the carpet...
