I had a very good experience with Steam Brite from booking the appointment, courtesy call to confirm arrival, and the great job that Dan and Nate did! They were very informative and kind. The carpet looks great but I was especially impressed with my foyer tile/grout. I had no intention of doing the grout but decided to do it and they were accommodating. The grout looks like it did when new. Very pleased.
