Getting our carpets and rugs cleaned with Steam Brite has been a live and learn experience. When calling to schedule an appointment I was quoted $168.67 for 3 bedrooms 2 large area rugs, a 13ft runner and an entry rug. When Jeremy and his colleague came to my home I was optimistic. They were respectful. Although I was quickly recommended to do a power scrub, and enzyme treatment all of my areas because it had been five years since our carpet was cleaned and we had pet wear and tear. Now I agree the treatment was needed although my total increased 166% with my total being $489.99. While discoloration in the bedrooms significantly improved, we have one stain in one room that can still be seen. And our rugs still have pretty significant discoloration.
