(In living room, 1 bedroom, landing and stairs in townhouse) The carpet smells amazing with their added enzyme booster which helps when having 2 cats! They were very polite and helpful! Had them come out today, wasn’t 100% impressed, but was impressed with the customer service that followed. They offered to come out free of charge to fix a few spots we had or could spot clean. Sullivan & Alec were just here to steam clean, stain guard & deodorize our basement, 1st & 2nd floors and they did an awesome job!  They were polite, friendly & professional.  They really went above & beyond!  I have an in-home daycare so our carpets are really put to the test throughout the year with spills, etc. Sullivan & Alec were able to get stains out of our carpet from where our fish tank leaked.  They were able to clean & deodorize our basement where my husband has his bar.  I can't say enough positive things about them!  I will definitely call Steam Brite the next time our carpets need to be cleaned & will recommend them to all of our family & friends.  Thanks!  Kim Brant Read more >
