I've used Steam Brite twice now and both times have been happy with the service and quality of work. The gentleman arrived within the time window given and was very professional, friendly, and respectful of my home. My carpets are old and needed much TLC. (Trying to stretch another year or so before replacing. ) We discussed how to treat some of the embedded stains and I opted for them to use their power scrub process on those areas. It cost a little extra but well worth it, the stains were either removed or significantly reduced. They also clean tile floors which was nice to get it all done at once.
