Sean and Shane are awesome. Any time I need something, even if it’s last minute, Steam Bright always makes time for us. They do an amazing job, make time for us whenever we need them, and always give us an honest answer to our questions. I can just text for a service call and they respond quickly. We don’t use any other service for our floors or furniture!

Jeremy and his partner did great work. Their communication was excellent, as they called and texted 25 minutes before their arrival time. They arrived promptly within the scheduled time window, and they got to work right away. They took good care to understand what needed to be cleaned. They were very respectful of my home and they worked quickly and efficiently. My carpets and rugs look as good as they did when they were new! Five stars for sure, I will definitely call Steam Brite again, and I highly recommend them for anyone.

WOW! These technicians are amazing. My parents are elderly and homebound. They took such great care of them. My dad had a recent fall and there was some blood in the carpet. They cleaned it all up and then took my mom's walker and cleaned it up too. Just genuinely kind people. These are the people you want in customer service. So very thankful for them. AND, the carpet looks amazing!!!
