I saw their add on FB and immediately called. They were in my area and were able to fit me in the same day. They called when they were 30 minutes away which I greatly appreciated because I have 3 English Setters and I wanted to make sure they were secured before they arrived. They were very professional, polite and explained what they would be doing. They answered all my questions. I could tell they were very experienced and knowledgeable. I appreciated them asking if I would also like to have the room’s deodorized, with three dogs, it was a great recommendation! They also mentioned they do tile and grout cleaning as well. JW was our service technician. He was very detailed with cleaning our carpets! He even gave us some great pointers for quick clean ups! From the first phone call to the time he walked out the door we had such a great experience! Our carpets look so much better and smells great too! I definitely recommend Steam Brite! I am completely satisfied with the carpet cleaning done by Jeremy and Joey. They got a dirty spot at the entrance of our apartment clean, and the company we used prior could not get it clean.
