We used Steam Brite to clean one of our sofas and tile throughout our first story. They were prompt, they called prior to coming. Both the gentlemen were very polite and they did a fantastic job. We paid quite a bit because we have a large home, but it was in the neighborhood of what I expected and they didn't try to hard sell me anything. Highly recommend, and I will be using them again.
