I was very impressed with Steam Brite. I had been considering purchasing new furniture this year, but decided to try to get them cleaned. I honestly wasn't expecting them to do such a great job. My sofa and chair look new!! That put a couple thousand dollars back in my pocket this year.They also cleaned my area rugs and got some pretty tough stains out of them. Their employees (Jeremy and I forget the other young man's name sorry) were very friendly and professional! I will use them again and refer them to my friends! I am so incredibly pleased with this company today. We have a 16yo senior dog who recently started having accidents and issues with holding at night. The carpet in one area of my home became impossible for me to clean enough to remove the smell even after daily home spot cleanings. I obviously don’t want to replace it until we no longer have this issue. I finally called stem brite today (at my wits end) and they were kind enough to find a time to fit me in. Alex and Aaron were kind and professional and did a phenomenal job. It looks and smells brand new. I would never have imagined a carpet cleaning could produce such wonderful results. Thank you Alex and Aaron for your thoroughness. It is incredibly appreciated.

Steambright did a wonderful job steam cleaning my 5x8 area rug and loveseat. They both look brand new again. I’m beyond pleased and I will definitely go back to them. Highly recommend!!

Very quick and efficient grade A service

Steam Brite is amazing!! No one can beat their prices!! They came and got my carpets clean so fast and it looks great. Kyle and the other gentleman did a great job and I will always be using their services in the future!! I highly recommend!!

Professional company. On time, very kind gentlemen, very thorough cleaning of our furniture. Dried within four hours, pristine cleaning. Company is the only one we will use now. We highly recommend them. No wonder they are listed with the BBB. Top notch!

Used a coupon which was for $95. Sounded like a great deal. After they arrive the technician said the rug will smell musty without additives. So to make the carpet smell good it would be $135. After they cleaned there is another charge for $8 to safely dump the dirty water. Plus tax it's now up to $151. Feels like the typical bait and switch. I would have still used them if they had been honest and up front. They made me feel like it was a shake down this way. No I won't use them again and certainly will never recommend them. Just be honest. The carpet is clean and smells good so that's good, but not at the price I was led to believe.
