I saw their add on FB and immediately called. They were in my area and were able to fit me in the same day. They called when they were 30 minutes away which I greatly appreciated because I have 3 English Setters and I wanted to make sure they were secured before they arrived. They were very professional, polite and explained what they would be doing. They answered all my questions. I could tell they were very experienced and knowledgeable. I appreciated them asking if I would also like to have the room’s deodorized, with three dogs, it was a great recommendation! They also mentioned they do tile and grout cleaning as well. So, I will be having that done in the near future. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received today, I give them 5 stars!

JW was our service technician. He was very detailed with cleaning our carpets! He even gave us some great pointers for quick clean ups! From the first phone call to the time he walked out the door we had such a great experience! Our carpets look so much better and smells great too! I definitely recommend Steam Brite! We will for sure use them again in the future!

The service was great. Left carpet quite wet, took 2 days to dry. If i could address the last issue, I would try them again.

The price to clean our 3 piece couch was over 3 times the price quoted over the phone and the stains didn’t come out much. I have better results with my enzyme cleaner and scrubbing with a Bissell. My husband wasn’t happy with the results or how much I spent. The cleaner told me to just buy a couch off of Facebook marketplace for cheap after I gave him $300 to clean my $4000 pottery barn couch. Lol
We also had our grout and tile done in a small bathroom and I had to mop afterwards. I let the cleaners know I wasn’t happy and all he said was, “We can’t guarantee we can get stains out” and he brought the equipment in again to show it wasn’t strong enough. I ended up scrubbing and using my green machine on the couch when they left and I got a lot of the stains out that they couldn’t. Why am I paying your company $300 if I have to go back and clean everything myself?

I am completely satisfied with the carpet cleaning done by Jeremy and Joey. They got a dirty spot at the entrance of our apartment clean, and the company we used prior could not get it clean. The price for carpet cleaning was very reasonable and they did a great job! What more could we ask for? I will be using them yearly from now on. Thanks guys!

Have had them come out several times! They do an amazing job and are very professional. The carpets look brand new when they leave.
