The process to book and schedule was very simple and easy to do. My technician Grant called before arrival, walked through the area and accessed the carpet with me. He gave me his professional opinion on options available to me due to the state of my carpet. After complete, we walked through together, it smelled and looked fantastic! This is my second time using them and plan to continue to use them!

Nate and Daniel came out to re-do a job that wasn’t done greatly and they did a wonderful job. I really appreciate them coming back out and making it right. Great customer service!

Very pleased with the service. I have pets and they did an excellent job of removing excess pet hair; I also had two wool rugs that were treated for a really reasonable additional cost; the carpets looked and smelled good, and the servicemen were polite, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend.
