Very professional, explained their process and gave professional recommendations for my carpet, my carpet looks amazing in just minutes! Yes! Minutes!! I remember having the carpets steam cleaned years ago and it took an hour or two, but not these guys! 15-20 minutes and they were done and my carpet looks like new! I did’t think the carpet could be saved due to water damage but it looks great. Tile in kitchen looks great too!

The technician working for Steam Bright was prompt and professional. He had a very pleasant and friendly demeanor. He called 30 minutes before arrival . He worked hard and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is needing their carpet cleaned!
