We were quoted about $300 for their 7 room special including cleaning two couches. When they arrived the employee said our basement carpet would require a deeper clean which is extra. So we paid around $500, all for our carpet to still be stained and our couches still not really clean. We ended up scrubbing the couches ourselves with a rag after they left. We feel duped.
