The process to book and schedule was very simple and easy to do. My technician Grant called before arrival, walked through the area and accessed the carpet with me. He gave me his professional opinion on options available to me due to the state of my carpet. After complete, we walked through together, it smelled and looked fantastic! This is my second time using them and plan to continue to use them!
