I had to have them come back out and clean out a vent that was missed. The guy gave me an excuse saying it wasn't forgotten they couldn't get the tube in the vent. My HVAC guy pulled out a piece of an adt box that was there from before I moved in there was tons of dust and wood pieces. He was able to get it cleaned out this time. I asked to have my couch steam cleaned while he was there. I got a quote of 69$. Then all these additional charges started popping up. It's extra for the pillows, ok whatever I can throw those in the washer, and it's extra for the back pillows which are a part of the couch. So only the seat cushions and sides of the couch got cleaned for 69$. Not to mention the service guy had half his butt showing the entire time he was there. Will not use this company again.
