My carpet looks great. Grant and Daniel were amazing! Grant called me with a 25 minute heads up and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that level of customer service. Anytime you have a window you can feel trapped at home all day but knowing when to expect them made this a great experience from the get go. Both gentlemen were very nice and thorough, always making sure we knew what they were doing and why. I will definitely be a repeat customer I just wish more businesses operated with this level of integrity.
