When I called I was quoted $136 for three rooms. The house was empty and it should have been an easy clean. There were some pretty bad stains and a few rooms. And I told them that when I called. When the guy got there he started telling me that he needed to special chemicals and deodorizers because once the carpet got wet the smell would become intense. The final cost to do this was a $370. I was shocked but unfortunately the carpet had to be cleaned that day because it was going up for sale. I had no choice but to pay the higher amount I did not have time to hire somebody else. I was extremely upset but had them clean the carpet anyway. The carpet did look good except for the one room with the dog urine on the carpet and they couldn't get that out. We had Steam Brite come out to our home today to clean 3 areas. Sean and Grant were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and did an amazing job. We've have them out previously and highly recommend this company!
