I met with Dan today and he was great from start to finish. He was very professional and explained the scotch guard protection difference. I originally had it so I had him do it again. I chose Steam Brite due to the reviews vs the other company reviews. They earned 5 stars from me & I highly recommend them.

They did a good job. There is one spot in the living room that didn't come out. I don't know what to do about this

It was good, the guys were great and they did a good job for the most part. They were later than I thought they would be showing up for my appointment and then there equipment fell and hit my wall and it put a couple gouges and ripped the paint off the wall. The two small spots I needed them to scrub the one came out great the other one in my daughter‘s room could use a little bit more scrubbing. You can’t tell right after they do it because it’s wet you don’t know if it’s wet or that it’s still got a little spot on it so I understand that one, I’ll try to get the rest out myself. Now I’ll get what I need to patch and paint my wall.
