The company came in and did exactly what they said they would do. They cleaned my entire houses carpet and got out stains I didn’t even know could come out. They were very nice and polite. I would definitely suggest them to friends and family and already have.

We used them a few years ago on old carpet...extremely satisfied. Used them again last week - same older than older carpet - fantastic job on stains left in bedrooms of two 20 yr old boys....totally gross and made as like new as could be with the abuse those rooms suffered. But had an issue with light spots in high traffic areas in the living and family rooms. Probably due to the age of the carpet and traffic on those rooms.
They sent out two guys within days - they totally resolved the issue to our satisfaction.
Due to the age of our carpet - I would have accepted a ruling of 'um, we did our best'...but they came out and saved us from having to replace immediately (we have toddler grandkids and I just need another year).
Very nice, professional and awesomely priced.
Highly recommend.
