This company is fantastic. Easy to schedule. Great communication. Team arrived at the beginning of the appointment window with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor. Nate and Demitri were great to work with. They cleaned 5 carpeted areas, steamed 2 bathroom tile floors, and added a step for pet odor. Could have done without the blacklight show & tell. Otherwise, these gentlemen were professional and friendly. They also made sure we had selected the proper temperature and circulation distribution strategy to complete the drying process quickly. Couldn't have asked for, or expected, a better service experience. Thanks Nate and Demitri.

Graham and his partner I think his name was Seth were knowledgeable, quick and respectful. My couch looked brand new when finished and felt even better. Would definitely recommend steam Brite and will use them again in the future.
