Sadly, I had a cat who passed away and had multiple accidents over an extended period of time in the process. They got the smell out! I can finally relax at home again. They were efficient, kind, and did fantastic work!

My experience was similar to what Cost reviewer also mentioned on the reviews. It doesn’t matter what you say your company is wrong. You cannot validate that on this review. The customer is always right. It has nothing to do with only an high traffic area. All areas were not satisfied . I will not use this company anymore. Quit trying to justify your performance it was unsatisfactory. I do not want you to come back a third time to try to clean carpet that you cannot do. The entire job once again was not good. Cite is not letting me post video. Also, The carpet is not worn down does not need replaced had cleaned by another company came right out. Looks like new you didn’t have cleaner in your equipment and obviously try to use just plain water. There was no smell when you cleaned this carpet. Well when you attempted..
