I was rear ended and injured. I tried to file a claim with the other person’s insurance and kept getting the run around. I called William Muhammad at State Farm. He took the time to find out if I was ok and had me to come in. He walked me through the process and helped me to file a claim right on the spot. I walked in there no knowing what to expect after just leaving another insurance company. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped out immediately. Talking about great customer service, well this is the place. The team there worked quick and diligently to give me the help I needed. I swear I walked in with no car insurance and walked out no more then 6 mins later with my cars insured and at a great price. Shout out to Gaby who got me right and shoutout to William as well. Yall need car insurance or anything. This is the place to go. I greatly appreciated their help and highly recommend them!
