I have been working with StaarTech for a little over a year now (the company I work for has been contracted with then for a few years) and I would recommend them to other companies looking for IT solutions. The StaarTech HelpDesk Team is always friendly and very helpful. Their Support Portal has tons of great tools for users (including a University feature that provides how to features for common products like Microsoft 365). I have had the pleasure of working on projects with the founder/CEO and he is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and personable.
