One of my financial services clients went through a few different IT companies over the years and they were getting frustrated with the whole industry. Then we found American IT Department (or AITD) and everything changed.

What really impressed me from the start was how they didn't just try to sell stuff that wasn't needed. Erik and his team actually took the time to understand the business and what my client was trying to accomplish. The security audit they did revealed some pretty scary vulnerabilities that the previous IT guys never even mentioned.

The migration process was seamless - we were expecting the usual headaches and downtime, but AITD had everything planned out perfectly. They moved their entire infrastructure over a weekend and came in Monday morning like nothing had happened. That alone was worth the cost.
