This is my first time using this company, and I chose them because of their reviews and proximity to my home. I have an old valuable persian rug that was quite soiled and needed cleaning. After explaining the process in detail, the owner, Mauricio, picked the carpet up and took it to his facility to clean it, sending photos of the progress of the cleaning, and delivering it back to me on schedule two days later. Great outcome, great service and, best of all, a beautiful rug that I can now use again. Yes, I do recommend them!
