Wow what an experience. We call them today he was out today and everything smells amazing. My roommates had dogs and he took care of it like they were never here. Thank you so much for the great service and I will refer you to all my friends.

To say that my house reeked of urine would've been the understatement of a lifetime. With 2 dogs and 3 cats my home had a very noticeable scent. When my grand doughter broke her femur and had to be laid on the carpet for comfort due to her cast i knew we needed to fix it. I didnt have the finances to pay for the full service and these men had such character and compassion they were willing to work woth me to find a solution. And they did the BEST carpet shampoo ive seen thus far. My house no longer smells, my grand daughter can lay on the carpet without having to breathe that in. And i feel better inviting guests over to my house. Thank you guys so much for all the work and care you put into my home.

I just closed on my house and I was so excited to move in that I completely forgot to hire a carpet cleaner. My realtor advised I did this before moving in boxes and I quickly jumped on Yelp to find a services company. I called two different companies who immediately turned me down because either they were rudely busy or they were just scheduled out two weeks and for some reason I should've known that before calling apparently. I then called Specialty Carpet and Mauricio the owner of the company answers and assures me he can come out that same day.

Later that afternoon he shows up and is here to get my carpets cleaned and my water services where running behind and I was embarrassed but Mauricio trusted me and said if I was sure they were coming soon he would start off and wait if needed.
