They are the worst! After the carpets dried I found stains that hadn't been there before. I took pics and sent them to Mauricio. He said he'd come back the following week and clean the stains but he never did. Each time he had an excuse. Then I said I wanted some of my money refunded. He agreed and said he'd have his accountant send me a check. He never did that either!!!

Mauricio cleaned all of these items in our motorhome. We’ve had other cleaning services, but he’s the best one! AND, his cost is reasonable!

Mauricio was awesome! He took the time to actually educate us on carpet cleaning and was completely transparent about his services. And his communication was flawless as well. Not to mention our carpets look the best they ever have! I highly recommend Mauricio and Speciallty Carpet Care...you will not be disappointed.

Mauricio was efficient, knowledgeable and paid attention to every detail. He walked me through the entire process and explained everything. He was also really funny and fun to be around. The carpets look amazing and so does the couch. We have four dogs, so they make everything smell like dog and now it smells clean and fresh! Will definitely be scheduling with Specialty Carpet Care again.

Mauricio cleaned my carpets today, on 09/30/2021, and did an amazing job! He noticed the past owner did not take care of the carpets in the home due to noticing heavy animal urine. He did a deep cleaning for an excellent price. He gives discounts for first responders as well, which I loved. Mauricio is great at what he do and is a great guy all around! He is a man of integrity! Thank you again, Mauricio!

Cleaning services were provided on our carpeting. A thorough service was provided including attention to pet odors and stains and removal of pet hair. the price was reasonable and we found that we could rely on their word, they were on time and we found them dependable
