Hire them immediately!!! Phenomenal quality of work, customer service, and true to his word. Mauricio cleaned 11 areas in the house we were moving out of today. He worked with me on times for the estimate & actual service appointments and gave a great price compared to others. He showed up ready to go at the time we scheduled & did the best carpet cleaning job we had during the entire time we lived in Surprise. He even managed to get out stains other cleaners couldn't. I really could not be happier. We are a military family and move often so we have had varying experiences in the past. I couldn't give a higher recommendation to anyone. Especially if you're military or a first responder, this is your guy!

We had stains on our carpet that were not removed with other carpet cleaning companies, but Specialty Carpet Care did a great job of making our carpet look new again. They were trustworthy, and did an excellent job! We will recommend them to our friends.

Did an amazing job! I wasn't sure anything would remove the smell of urine that was left behind from previous tenants in our new house. The carpets had already been cleaned once but they were extremely crunchy and the urine smell was still there. Mauricio came and did a free estimate and was very honest with whether he thought he could resolve the issue. He quoted me a price and when I called a week later to schedule the appointment he stuck with that price. He was able to get me in the next morning too! My carpets smell amazing and feel great! Highly recommend!
