Our cat urinated on our brand new rug, and after an attempt to clean the rug ourselves, we contacted a few different local companies via Yelp. Mauricio responded almost immediately and gave me a call within 5 minutes. I explained what was going on and that I was hoping to get the rug cleaned fairly quickly as we'd be going out of town the next week. He was able to come by the same day and take a look at the rug.

His quote was very reasonable, but more important was the explanation of the quote. Mauricio didn't simply tell me what it would cost, but rather he explained the reason behind the cost, the processes that he'd be using to clean the rug, and made sure that I had full understanding of what would be happening throughout the process.
