This is from an employee view. This school never once saw my ID to verify me being me. To me that’s a safety issue. I worked here for a week. The director of this school is very kind and seems to really know what she is doing in terms of curriculum and fostering a good work environment. However I do believe some teachers are taking advantage of her kindness. Coming in late by 15-20ish minutes making it impossible for the people that need to leave by 3 ( me and another teacher that I know of) as scheduled regularly. As well as teachers sleeping during nap time or just class time in general instead of helping train me. A lot of teachers YELLING not just raising their voice to get attention. It’s way too chaotic due to half walls being the only noise bigger for three rooms. I wouldn’t send my kid here or work here.
