I'VE PROBABLY BEEN USING SPARE GARAGE STORAGE FOR APPROXIMATELY 4 TO 5 YEARS & NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES !!!!

The storage facility is clean. The only thing I had a problem with, it it’s hard to get a hold of someone on the phone. There is no one working on site.

Renting a storage unit here was SUPER smooth — very friendly!

It's a go9d storage, but the price has continued to rise over $30 in about 6 months time, maybe a little longer. Last increase was supposed to be a $5 increase, but ended up being a $20 increase. There has been no additions to the site for quite a while, so the increases shouldn't be for that reason. They keep saying it's due to increased operating cost as well as increase insurance cost. I might believe some insurance cost increase, but not that much.
I do like the site for storage, it has good security, and decent access. Overall I will continue to rent from them, as long as I don't get continued rent increase. I mean come on, $150/mo is really high for a storage place, isn't it?

Very convenient location and clean facility. I feel safe when I'm there and appreciate the timely assistance of management and staff when I need information. There are cheaper places but not with this quality. MMS
