Life events happen to us all and we were in the situation having to relocate my father from his home rather quickly. Due to time constraints, we couldn’t go through the normal home selling process: getting a realtor with commissions, making the usual clean-up/touch-ups/repairs to make the home showroom ready, having interested buyers come see the home, and having to pay all the associated costs with selling a home.
