I recieved a card in the mail asking to buy some land I had in Texas. I was happy with the price they offered so I called them back to accept the offer. I live in a remote part of Virginia so I was worried I would need to be in Texas to sign the paperwork but Chloe arranged a notary to come directly to my house.
