Corey and his team provided the best experience possible when we sold our house. He kept us informed during every step of the process. It was great to be able to sell our house without having to put it on the market and deal with showing the house and all of the other stuff that goes with that process. He accommodated us while we searched for our new home and adjusted the closing date around our move in date at the new place. I especially appreciated and took advantage of Corey's policy that we could leave whatever we didn't want and we didn't have to clean. Cory was friendly and very helpful about answering all our questions clearly about the whole process, and gave us a good price too. He was also very understanding when we weren't ready by the closing date, and gave us plenty of extra time to finish packing up.
