Cory was so easy to work with. We needed to sell quickly and he came over the same day we contacted him and gave us a very fair bid immediately and was so prompt in answering our questions we had the next day. The sale was so quick and easy. It was nice to walk away from the house with no hassles of fixing it up and trying to sell it through a realtor. Cory is so nice and professional. I would recommend him to anyone.
