Working with Cory and Solid Rock Properties was a great experience. Our house needed many repairs to get it ready for the market. I made the call to Solid Rock and we quickly came to an agreed price on the house in as-is condition. I did not have to worry about repairs or the condition of the house, which would have been time-consuming and expensive. From the first phone call to the closing, Cory and his staff were awesome to work with and they made the whole process so simple. They essentially did all the work, making the sale and closing of the house quick and pain-free!
