The entire process was seamless and efficient. Jared was responsive and most helpful at explaining the advantages of his flooring products. When it came time for installation, the crew arrived on time, was polite and professional, and kept us informed as to progress. Frankly, this is what you would expect from a superior business, but what separates them from the rest is the follow up when the customer calls. I called Jared with two minor issues, he scheduled a service trip, the tech arrived on time, and fixed the two areas completely, again with professionalism and courtesy. They have clearly earned their superior rating.

My experience with SOLID was just that the first time and the second time . The quality was great. Everyone was very nice and accommodating during the process of floor coating and shelves. I will use them at the third house when the time comes. Appreciate the work!
