Horrible! Don’t go!!! I took my 19 year old son last week for a consultation for Invisalign. They took an X-ray and said his wisdom teeth, all 4 were impacted. I suggested he have the teeth removed before we began with the Invisalign. Dr. Valiant said “it’s not necessary. We can begin today”. Also, she stated my son could have his wisdom teeth removed at their office. How can you start the Invisalign if his wisdom teeth are currently impacting his teeth and once removed it will change the room in his mouth for the Invisalign to progress?
I didn’t feel comfortable, but did see that his Wisdom teeth were indeed impacted. I took my son this morning to Harrison Oral Surgery for the wisdom teeth to be extracted. After taking a panoramic scan of his teeth, the Surgeon advised: If these teeth are extracted now, you will have permanent nerve damage due to the teeth being impacted...
