John went above and beyond when working with my husband and me. He answered all of our questions, and truly took time to make us understand and feel more at ease with a solution. Mold can be so stressful and overwhelming and John genuinely cares about his customers and making them feel more at ease. To me, that’s worth more than anything!

Don’t waste your time on other companies that charge just a bit less but claim to have the same service. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME! With the first conversation I had with John, I knew they are the real deal. Yes, I paid a little more for the service, but the other companies I spoke with did meaningless work compared to what John and his team does. The other guys were like “I’ll put one canister in a central location upstairs, and one downstairs. And that will be $475.”. LAME. John did 8 different sites in areas of the home that are critical to monitor. Our house flooded last September during Tropical Cyclone 8. We were out of our house for many months during remediation, and we were required by our mortgage company to have a clean air test performed and certified before we could move back into our home. We researched a handful of companies, and decided to go with Smart Air Environmental to perform the test. I initially spoke with John Gainey and he was so very knowledgable and helpful in his explanation of what his company does to perform a clean air test and what we should expect. The first test was performed in January 2025. We received John's report which we then forwarded to our mortgage company.
