Zero stars- Need to warn the general public stay away!

Very deceptive re: Semaglutide injections it's a compound which is not FDA approved. They will tell you to your face and advertise it's FDA approved then try to make you sign a consent admitting it's not actually. Then conveniently not offer copies so you can actually read the fine print. There are terrible unknown side effects that they have no knowledge about. When I wasn't having results and started having severe side effects they could care less because they already got paid! After multiple attempts to speak with a manager, she offered me a free facial for my trouble and asked me if I wanted to go back on this drug... this after I told her my pcp didn't recommend I was having allergic reactions to the compound! It's unclear of the safety. I was lied to! Btw they charged me double what they are charging now! I...

Still editing on someone to contact me after they lied about my service and tried to overcharge me. What a scam, worst mistake I've made and now its destroyed my credit on tip of it because o refuse to pay anymore for service I never received. Make sure you sign a contract with your final fees!

My experience at MedSpa was great! Ryan in the Newton branch did my laser hair removal treatment. She was caring, took her time, and was very friendly. I definitely recommend her!

It started great but the price keep changing! I only got 2 treatments and sucked into a $2,000 payment!? It was suppose to be 8 treatments for 3,000 which turned into 4,000 and no treatments until payment! If you can't put a direct price and package your not legit! Prices should Not vary!!
