The team at Silk & Co are just phenomenal! The CADs they create are very helpful for clients to see their design come to light and also have a knowledge behind the CADs for great collaboration for the designs to withstand a lifetime of wear. The end product is even more beautiful than the CADs they draft for each client to be blow away by quality and craftsmanship. Along the way you work with an amazing project manager, my girl is Sharon so shout out to her, who is professional, timely, and a lifesaver for deadlines when needed for the last minute clients. I worked for Fred Meyer Jewelers in Utah County about a year ago, and since Silk was partnered with them I was able to communicate directly with them. Tyson Grover was the person I corresponded with and he was such a delight. I was gearing up to get engaged soon and since I worked in a jewelry store, I was rather picky. I finally figured out what my vision was and from the very beginning Tyson and designers were there for me to make sure it was exactly what I envisioned. I ordered my engagement ring and wedding band at different times and both times they exceeded my expectations.
