A year ago I had problem with bats at our house and I felt so much stress and anxiety, I went with the first “specialist” I called, which was unfortunately not Sierra Wildlife. I had the unfortunate experience of paying too much and not getting the problem resolved. A year later, still dealing with bats and an unresponsive previous company, I called Eric almost in tears. He was very sympathetic and came out within a few days. He did a way more thorough inspection and was clearly very knowledgeable and professional. He took pictures, explained everthing, and provided a detailed quote on what was needed to fix it, even prioritizing what was needed most immediately. He finished the work in a timely manner.
